Yesterday's was crazy with so many rounds of mahjong and sucking up of money. Steamboat was a carbohydrate fest. My tummy's almost bursting from all the food, pineapple tarts (!!!!) and nougats.
We didn't get as many red packets as compared to last year's since my great granny passed away and we couldn't go visiting (just thinking about all the money that I could have gotten just kills me inside), but the amount was still okayish good amount la. I think.
The highest I ever had was close to half a thousand, which compared to one of my ex-classmates isn't alot since 1 of his red packet alone had $1000. I hate rich people.
B & J's later for desserts! Can't wait!
